Getting Ready

When I first talked to Min Yao and Eric, I knew I wanted to be part of their special day. The way they talked about their story and how they met at a swing dance at church, I knew my team was going to be a great fit! They were so sweet and valued faith and family. Their ceremony showed that perfectly!

Prayers before the ceremony

Before the ceremony, Eric and Min Yao prayed together and separately along with friends and family. The moment was just beautiful!

Ceremony

Since Min Yao and Eric live in California and many of Min Yao's family lives outside the United States, many friends and family traveled from far away to be here for such a momentous occasion. Family was here and so truly excited for Min Yao and Eric. The day they had planned and prayed for for so long was finally here!

During the ceremony, Min Yao and Eric had planned several things to make sure that God was foundational in their marriage from the very beginning. A cross was at the center of their ceremony. They wanted Christ to be magnified in their ceremony and they did a great job at that! The "Goodness of God" was one of the songs that they chose to play during the ceremony. It was perfection! I couldn't help but cry at how good God has been to me personally! Ah! It was amazing!

Reception

The reception consisted of first dances along with fun speeches, second line dances, dancing to college fight songs, special songs with those special to the bride and groom, unique bouquet tosses, etc. The night was one to remember and so sweet! Everyone had a BLAST!
