GLYN AND JEN'S CHRIST'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH ELOPEMENT IN COVINGTON, LA
Glyn and Jenn’s wedding day was the perfect reminder that beautiful celebrations don’t have to be big to be meaningful. These two chose a quiet, intimate elopement at Christ Episcopal Church in Covington, Louisiana, surrounded by only their closest family members, friends, and children—no more than twenty people total. It was simple, intentional, and full of heart.
Their ceremony took place in the historic church building beside the main church, which added so much character and charm to the day. The space felt timeless and peaceful, creating the perfect setting for a wedding that was focused solely on the commitment they were making to one another. With such a small group present, every moment felt personal and deeply meaningful.
After the ceremony, we spent a little time capturing beautiful portraits around the church grounds. Jenn was absolutely beaming—her joy was impossible to miss and truly contagious. She was glowing from start to finish and so clearly savoring every second of the day. Glyn looked so handsome and content, with the kind of quiet happiness that comes from simply being exactly where you’re meant to be.
From start to finish, the entire celebration lasted about an hour, yet it was filled with so much love, laughter, and sweetness. Glyn and Jenn’s elopement was intimate, joyful, and incredibly special, proving once again that the most meaningful wedding days are often the simplest ones.
